Refund Policy

Effective October 6, 2026

Seven-day trial

New Starter, Workshop, and Workroom subscriptions include a 7-day trial unless checkout states otherwise. Cancel renewal through Billing before the trial ends to avoid the first term charge. A payment-provider authorization or temporary hold is not necessarily a completed charge.

Up-front term charges

After the trial, Starter is charged $29 for 2 months, Workshop is charged $59 for 6 months, and Workroom is charged $125 for 18 months, plus applicable taxes. Each plan renews for the same term and is billed up front until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term, and you retain access until that date. Cancellation and refund requests are separate; canceling renewal does not automatically submit a refund request.

14-day refund period

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date a completed payment is charged. This refund period applies to the first paid term and renewal payments. It does not limit any longer refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for Handy Pro Hub purchases and handles returns and payment-related customer service. Request a refund through paddle.net, or email Fred.saffold@gmail.com with the account email, charge date, amount, and reason. Do not include full card numbers. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; timing depends on Paddle and your financial institution.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. This does not limit any legal rights you may have with your card issuer.
